Grinding spindle
Features of pneumatic grinding spindles
The air driven grinding spindle or deburring or milling spindle offers deceisive advantages by its design and by the fact that it is driven by compressed air. High true running accuracy, stainless steel housing with stainless steel, attached splash protection cap and turning direction clockwise or anti-clockwise are cahracterising our spindles.
Wearing parts and maintenance costs
Depending on the model and the application, pneumatic grinding spindles can reach a lifetime of more than 5000 working hours before maintenance. If a power decrease appears, a change of the vanes can be necessary. This maintenance work is simple and does not cost much.
At a use in proper form only vanes, bearings and some smaller sealings need to be changed during a maintenance.
Special solutions
We also manufacture grinding spindles according to your specifications.
To fulfill customer requirements is our daily business.
Very often a made-to-measure solution can be manufactured on basis of an already existing pneumatic spindle.
Due to our broad experience and already existing solutions for many different industries we can meet exactly your expectations and offer cost efficient solutions.
Turbine grinding spindles
Compared to standard vane air motors turbine spindles are used absolutely non-lubricated. They are available as jet or blade wheel turbines. The turbine spindle do have a floating spindle support. Depending on teh model the turbine spindles are equipped with a speed governor to consume a minimum of compressed air at free speed. High rotation speed up to 100.000 rpm are the main features of these grinding spindles.
